Nodar Kvanchiani currently practices and teaches urban design and architecture in Tbilisi. He studied a master of science program in Architectural and Urban Design at Politecnico di Milano. With professor S.Vieths he develops the thesis -  Theatre Academy in Berlin, where he pushes the limits of contradictions between the modern urban morphology and the historical dimension of Berlin. For his thesis, Nodar was selected for YTAA-2020. After practicing in Milan and Barcelona he comes back to Tbilisi, where he is mediating between architectural practice and theory.
