Aaro Martikainen is a Finnish architect and designer who has done a broad career in the fields ranging from public building to furniture design. In his work, Aaro seeks to experiment with new technologies of design and production in order to find ever more sophisticated ways of constructing our built world. Aaro believes that whereas the power of creativity lies in the ability to imagine what has never existed, its roots are dug deep into the understanding of our history.
