David is Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Tbilisi State University. He  is also a part-time professor at the Black Sea University and International School of Economics at Tbilisi  State University (ISET). David holds a PhD in Human Geography from Tbilisi State University. His research  focuses on the social, spatial, and temporal aspects of inequality, the politics of urban development, and  the role of civil society in urban policy. David is also Research Director at the Caucasus Research  Resource Centre (CRRC-Georgia) in Tbilisi, Georgia.
