Sara is a master in architecture at University Politecnico di Milano. She is a co-founder of MELEEM  Skopje, as well as an architect of the studio Sara Simoska Arhitektura. Sara is the main initiator of all  workshops, projects, discussions by MELEEM. Her work is awarded by: 

- USAID Youth Participation Award, 2019 

- Nomination for the European Award for Contemporary Architecture Miss Van Der Rohe, 2019 - Second prize in the competition for residential buildings in Russia organized by Strelka Kb, 2018 - Big see wood design award - city and community for MELEEM - Ljubljana Slovenia
