Tbilisi architecture biennial
Bilal Alame (born in Beirut, based in Vienna, Austria) is an architect working in the field of social housing renovation and interior design. His interests extends beyond the material and into the social environment. Being brought up in two cultures, he navigates perfectly in the context of art and design in-between the east and west. He collaborated with Joanna by three cooking performances: at Soho Ottakring festival, in Kaeshmaesh gallery and die Labile Botschaft art space. Their latest joint project was an installation for the Beirut Biennale of Contemporary Art.
