Culture-based creative spaces act as self-sustainable dimensions in different countries with varying level of economic development: They foster innovation and artistic practices. They strengthen communities. They promote the culture of sharing. They make neighborhoods festive. They create jobs…
There are various approaches to support these ecosystems - from centralized to grassroot level perspectives. The purpose of the Panel was to discuss the challenges and opportunities that accompany the initiation and creation of such hubs, and look through the ways government institutions, private companies and civil society can enable this process.
